I can't reproduce with git. With emacs -q and evaluating the
following scratch buffer I can export documents.

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
(require 'ox-koma-letter)

;; Defined in ox-koma-letter, but there was a bug; fix has beeen submitted
(defun org-koma-letter-plug-into-ox ()
  "Add a sparse `default-koma-letter' to `org-latex-classes' and set
`org-koma-letter-default-class' to `default-koma-letter'"
  (let ((class "default-koma-letter"))
    (eval-after-load "ox-latex"
      `(unless (member ,class 'org-latex-classes)
	 (add-to-list 'org-latex-classes
		      `(,class
			"\\documentclass[11pt]{scrlttr2}") ())
	 (setq org-koma-letter-default-class class)))))

(org-koma-letter-plug-into-ox)
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

I can typeset the letter from Worg with minimal changes (removing
redundant newline symbols). (The site somewhat it out of date)
