Hi Karl,

Are you sure you are using the latest version of Org-mode?

I have the following in my init.el file (this is the whole file) and I
have not had any problems.

        eshell-output-filter-functions nil)
  (setq dotfiles-dir (file-name-directory (or load-file-name (buffer-file-name))))
