Good idea!

I've tested this:

  http://orgmode.org/worg/agendas/todo.html

The custom agenda command on the server looks like this:

As you said, the limitation is the lack of links.  But still, having
some useful agendas views and being able to see their output on the
website can certainly be useful.

Great idea too - done:

  http://orgmode.org/worg/sitemap.html (loooong!)
  http://orgmode.org/worg/theindex.html (empty for now)
