[PATCH] Added two extra symbols to org-entities

Hello! I am finally making my first small contribution to org-mode!

I've added both U+0130, "LATIN CAPITAL LETTER I WITH DOT ABOVE" 'İ' & U+0131, "LATIN SMALL LETTER DOTLESS I", "ı",
accessed with '\Idot{}' and '\inodot{}'.

I'm unsure if I've got the Latin-1 encoding down, so I've included it in a *.diff file as well.
