I think the tag solution suggested by Jason is good enough.

I'm still looking for someone to monitor closely this tag
and to make sure the answers point to Org's manual or Worg
pages.

Since you seem quite familiar about SE (I'm not) would you 
like to volunteer?

The first section on this page lists the last 5 questions
on SE -- but I doubt old orgers read the FAQ *that* often.
