Thanks for checking.  I think just handling -dev is probably good
enough.

     c9dc6603a..9a4a24a94  main -> main

(It's not needed on the bugfix branch given -dev isn't used in the
header there.  Plus I think the 9.5 release is expected before another
release from maint/bugfix.)
