The attached patch fixes an example in the "Tables in HTML export"
section of the manual that uses the old `border="3"' syntax instead
of `:border 3' etc.

Subject: [PATCH] Fix syntax of #+ATTR_HTML

The example in the "Tables in HTML export" section of the manual
uses the old syntax: `border="2"' etc.

Change it to use `:border 2' etc.
