Won't you pick up Org shipped with Emacs with emacs -Q?

I don't know. You can change the path of style files setting
`org-odt-styles-dir'. For me the "wrong" dirs are also picked up.
This might be a bug?

Maybe you can reset it by:
mv ~/.config/libreoffice{,.bak}
Or something like that...
