Hi Nicolas,
this doesn't seem to work still. I've updated my copy of org and I get
the following on beamer export:
#+begin_src latex
\begin{frame}[label={sec:orgb78d808}]{\label{org5b96364} Intro}
This is the first slide.
\end{frame}
\begin{frame}[label={sec:org07fd86c}]{Summary}
As we saw on slide \ref{introduction}, \ldots{}
\end{frame}
#+end_src
