not work the way expected: it opens a "a.org" buffer, but  the  path is
wrong:  if you try to save the "a.org" buffer  C-x w the directory=20
proposed is:

.../A/Documenti/z-emacs/

*But*, Vincent, why do you use "%3A" when the colon ":" works? ?-/
