What you are looking for could be something close to:
=C2=A0=C2=A0 %%(diary-date t 27 t) notice on the 27th of every month =C2=A0=C2=A0 %%(diary-float t 1 -1<= /b>) notice on the last Monday of every month Put that in your ~/diary file. For Org Mode integration you need to customize the org-agenda-= include-diary variable.
