Thank you for clarifying this. I just tried the example file again 
(after changing all properties to upper-case) and it now works as 
expected. (BTW I am using Org-mode version 8.3.4 
(release_8.3.4-655-g9fb077 @ 
/usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/org-mode/lisp/)
