HTML table export: Assign alternating classes to rows<br>

The new variable `org-export-table-row-tags&#39; can now be set up in<br>
a way so that different table lines get special CSS classes<br>
assigned.  This can be used for example to choose different<br>
background colors for odd and even lines, respectively.  The<br>
docstring of the variable contains this example:<br>
