This is what I get: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- $ make doc/orgcard.pdf (cd doc; tex orgcard.tex) This is TeX, Version 3.141592 (Web2C 7.5.5) (./orgcard.tex [3 columns per page] [1] [2] ) Output written on orgcard.dvi (2 pages, 20304 bytes). Transcript written on orgcard.log. dvips -q -f -t landscape doc/orgcard.dvi | gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=doc/orgcard.pdf -c .setpdfwrite - --------------------------------------------------------------------------- It *should* be the case that you can find the tex.fmt file somewhere on your machine - try: kpsewhich tex.fmt mktexfmt should actually be able to make it and install it - if you don't find it in the above step, try making it: mktexfmt tex.fmt and see where it ends up. If this doesn't work, maybe somebody else has more/better ideas!-) Regards, Nick
