Subject: Why my config about org-log-reschedule didn't work?

I think if I set the variable
(setq org-log-reschedule (quote time))
When I change the schedule time of a task, a drawer will be created. But nothing happened as I did so. Even if I setuped a new emacs, with the only conifg line above. It still did not work.
What did I missed? Thank you in advance.
