Hm, not quite sure about this as I am no expert regarding Libreoffice.
I will have a look if I find anything about this.

You easily can setup both title and author in your org document like
this:

#+TITLE: My Important Documentation
#+AUTHOR: Manfred Lotz

Is this what you mean?
