See http://www.ctan.org/pkg/savesym - it saves wasysym's \iint
as\origiint.  (BTW: nice package this savesym: not complicated, but
handy.  Thanks for the pointer, Vincent!)

And you can always use a "poor man's savesym", that is,
\let\iint\relax
