Yes. Move the repeat info to the end of the line, like this --

	<2008-02-15 Fri 09:00 +7d>

Incidentally, I use this with deadlines, and you can also have
advance warning of such a deadline:

	DEADLINE: <2008-02-15 Fri 09:00 +7d -2d>
