Subject: [Orgmode] TWiki export

Seems export filters are quick to write, an export to TWiki's heading
format would be very convenient.
* One
** Two
*** Three
becomes
---+ One
---++ Two
---+++ Three
Also, is there a way to force <pre> tags around each body after every
heading in the html mode export? I often have issues with lines
running together from code samples.
