POLL: Anyone using CamelCase links?

I've personally found camel-case links in wiki-like things to
give initial gratification, but also prove fragile over time.

For instance, if you cut and paste code --- all hell breaks loose
if you're dealing with java or c++ code.

Scottish names etc as you point out are another example. As long
as it's an optional, customizable feature, it's fine, but let's
not hard-wire it or make it the default.
