Can not insert at beginning when file starts with a table

When an org-mode file starts with a table and you want to insert
something at the beginning of the file, you can not. You get the message
'Beginning of buffer'.

A work around is to delete the first '|', insert what you need to insert
and put the '|' back.

C-o is also a good way.
