Streamline your inbox! I also like to have a mail copy of the org list, for offline access and quick search (using notmuch). To keep the flood in check, I filter the mail as it arrives in a its own mailbox. Then to avoid going over my mail server quota, I automatically refile mail that is older than one year to a mailbox that is local to the computer. Alan
