Proposals????? Well, the relatively difficult key combination C-c C-x is bound to the relatively common org-shiftright, whereas C-c is unbound. Would it make sense to move org-shiftright to C-c and org-shiftcontrolright to C-c C-x (and similar for the other things on S-)?
