Anyway I did some researches and I only noticed that there are vim users looking for something equivalent to org-mode for vim. To simplify things at maximum I think just keeping orgstruct without even tables would be already something. Is there a complete grammar somewhere? I could try to write something for textmate, the only editor I know which is so easily configurable...
