(global-set-key (kbd "<f12>") (lambda () (interactive) (execute-kbd-macro (kbd "C-c a v"))))

?

P.s.: In my opinion, the name "execute-kbd-macro" of this builtin function is somewhat misleading;
"replay-keys" describes this usage closer ...
