Dear Carsten,

In org-insert-todo-heading-respect-content from org.el,
org-insert-todo-heading is mistakenly spelled
org-insert-todo-todo-heading. I attached the trivial patch. At
least I hope it works, since I am still learning git. If it
doesn't work, I am sure you can work out the fix :-).
