Yes.

#+SEQ_TODO: TODO(t) STARTED(s) WAITING(w@) APPT(a) INVOICE(i@) | 
DONE(d) DEFERRED(p@) CANCELLED(c@)

The only restriction is that you no longer can use "@" as a
selection character for fast TODO selection.
