I did apply Nick's patch on March 5,
commit 6ccc6b46528ad70f2f3267a7e40c70494f5c2192

If you are not comfortable with git, you can always get the
most recent snapshot at

    http://orgmode.org/org-snapshot.zip

or

    http://orgmode.org/org-snapshot.tar.gz
