[-- Attachment #1: Type: text/plain, Size: 497 bytes --] Hello, Since I updated to Org-mode version 8.2.10, I am having trouble exporting equation in latex properly. Some \ are inserted in the tex verion. For example: \begin{equation} \label{eqn:Lpar} Lpar_{k}=\frac{hb_{k}}{slope} \end{equation} Becomes: \begin{equation} \label{eqn:Lpar} Lpar$_{\text{k}}$=\frac\{hb$_{\text{k}}$\}\{slope\} \end{equation} I tried to force #+OPTIONS: tex:t which should be the default value but that didn't help. Any suggestion of what I may be missing? -- Kevin [-- Attachment #2: Type: text/html, Size: 850 bytes --]

I think this came up on the list a few days ago. IIRC, the \begin{equation} has to be on its own line. The \label{} should move down to the next line. Does that work? hth, Tom -- Thomas S.
