It will now feel less hacky to use it for other elements :) Also, it's just struck me - wouldn't it be more consistent if ATTR_HTML were HTML_ATTR, ATTR_LATEX were LATEX_ATTR, etc.? But I suppose if you go down that route of everything export backend related being prefixed with the export type, you'd really have to change BEGIN_HTML to HTML_BEGIN, etc. Perhaps going too far...
