I'm on org-mode version:
Org-mode version 8.2 (release_8.2-8-g16a57e @
/home/deech/EmacsConfig/org-mode/lisp/)

Unfortunately the html exporter has some garbage characters at the end of
every line.

Here's a small org file:
* Headline
  #+BEGIN_SRC sh
  test source
  #+END_SRC

The resulting HTML is attached.
