I use ox-ipynb pretty regularly to make lecture notebooks. It isn't quite like most exporters, e.g. it doesn't support all kinds of links to sections, There is support for making different versions of the notebooks though, e.g. with/without solutions, or without sections that are just for you. That should all be described in the commentary in the library.
