Try the Gnu version of =E2=80=9Cmakeinfo=E2=80=9D (may be available as =E2= =80=9Cgmakeinfo=E2=80=9D,
maybe you'll have to install it).

I use =E2=80=9Cgmakeinfo=E2=80=9D with the following lines added to my local.mk
# How to create the info files from the texinfo file
MAKEINFO =3D gmakeinfo

# How to create the HTML file
TEXI2HTML =3D gmakeinfo --html --number-sections
