Hi all,

Somehow, org is no longer consistently showing links as descriptive links.
I can see no pattern to this: some are shown as descriptive, some as
literal.

org-descriptive-links: t
org-version: 8.2.7c (via ELPA)
emacs version: 24.3.1

Any thoughts?
