Hi all,

The page <http://orgmode.org/index.html#sec-4-1> contains the text
   Links below point to the development version of the manual.
   If you want to read the latest released manuals (currently for
   Org 7.7), please browse this directory.
where "this directory" is a hyperlink to
<http://orgmode.org/manual/release_7.7/>.

Following that link yields a 404 Not Found.
