Once again, I can = add to the description of my problem.=A0=A0

Running M-x org-o= pen-at-point also returns "Running less ..."

When us= ing Mouse-2, a small menu appears that gives a few choices:

=A0=A0 Open=A0=A0 C-cC-o
=A0=A0 Open in Emacs
= =A0=A0 Copy link
=A0=A0 Cut link
=A0=A0 Grep for TODOs
Clicking on Open in Emacs does the right thing.

When I type <return> at a link to an org-mode link (it is i= n another file), the following is seen in the minibuffer:

=A0=A0=A0 Running less <path/filename>...done

= I updated org-mode from git, and reset org-return-follows-path by customiza= tion, and this situation persists.

Can anyone suggest where to= look?

Thank you,
