Should sitelispdir point to the location of "datadir" as well?

I mean: Do I need both of the following lines (or only the first one)
in my .emacs file?

(add-to-list 'load-path "/home/me/prefix/share/emacs/site-lisp/org")
(add-to-list 'load-path "/home/me/prefix/emacs/etc/org")
