I add that, without minted, the source code between

#+BEGIN_SRC latex

#+END_SRC

is correctly highlighted . I regret that it is not in org-mode for all
formulas which are not between

#+BEGIN_SRC latex

#+END_SRC

like for example

\begin{equation}
A \to B
\end{equation}

I do not know if there is a solution.
