I am using orgmode to produce html for the Hugo static web site generator.
Hugo requires yaml at the top of the html file for configuration.
Previously (8.3beta) this worked by putting the yaml inside BEGIN_HTML
blocks., but it does not work with version 8.3.2

org-mode Version 8.3.2

I am unable to get orgmode to pass literal "html" on export.

Input file:

etc.

In orgmode 8.3beta this worked.  I got the html export file below

Also, is there any way to make "Body only:" on as the default in the
exporter menu?  I do not want to use publish.
