From: Vladimir Nikishkin <lockywolf@gmail.com> To: emacs-orgmode <emacs-orgmode@gnu.org> Subject: What are the #+bibliography: statement and the org-reftex-citation command? Date: Mon, 8 Jun 2020 17:58:29 +0800 [thread overview] Message-ID: <CA+A2iZbAdxbvS6bs3ZHcCf7r4jSA_Fng_s_Wv5WcaNCQNqsSVw@mail.gmail.com> (raw) Hello, everyone The title is a bit of misnomer. They seem to be "roughly speaking", implementing the citation mode based on links and link exports roughly as suggested by http://www-public.imtbs-tsp.eu/~berger_o/weblog/2012/03/23/how-to-manage-and-export-bibliographic-notesrefs-in-org-mode/) However, they are not documented anywhere within org, and even the official faq: https://orgmode.org/worg/org-faq.html#using-reftex-in-org-mode presents yet another, and seemingly also obsolete (in the presence of org-ref) way of integrating org and biblatex. Yet they are also not marked as obsolete. What's their role in the org 9.3? -- Yours sincerely, Vladimir Nikishkin
