Hi Carsten,

thanks for merging, but today, pulling origin master (from
git://orgmode.org/org-mode.git) to start work on such a tutorial &
checkout the new documentation, I did not see the patch applied.
Should be somewhere near 5 days ago on
http://orgmode.org/w/org-mode.git.

Am I missing something here?
