I wrote a plantuml-mode, which is now not perfect but usable.
It is available on:
http://zhangweize.wordpress.com/2010/09/20/update-plant= uml-mode/

Just copy the code and save it as "plantuml-mode.el" in a path wh= ere
emacs finds its libraries.
