Using characters such as =E5,=E4,=F6 does not work when using #+LINK

example:

`#+LINK: F=E4rdme= del file:~/f=E4rdmedel.org'=

this does not work, however the following does:
`#+LINK: Fardmedel file:~/f=E4rdmedel.org'

Is there an easy fix?=
