Hi Chris, I would try Eric's suggestion of making sure you have all the correct "require" statements in your .emacs file. If that doesn't work, make sure you have a recent version of =org-mode= --- I've run into this problem in the past, even with the appropriate "require"s, but with an old version of =org-mode=.
