When I do "C-c C-e u" to export an Org file as UTF-8 text file, I get the
following message: "if: Wrong type argument: commandp, org-export-as-utf8"
and nothing is exported.

Exporting to ASCII works as expected.

I run Emacs 23.2.1 on Windows 7 and Org's version is 7.3.
