Hi

I just found a bug in ob-plantuml.el

(if (string= (file-name-extension out-file) "svg")
    "-tsvg" "")

needs to be changed to

(if (string= (file-name-extension out-file) "svg")
    " -tsvg" "")


as otherwise, when using the file name extension .svg, the -tsvg is
concatenated behing -jar without space producing an error message.
