On a fluke I found this as well (good to know in general!): http://orgmode.org/manual/Beamer-class-export.html This *kind* of works, though perhaps I should specify that I was hoping for horizontal alignment, not vertical. When I set c[c] on column 1, for some reason column 2 jumps way down toward the bottom of the page...
