In the agenda dispatcher, there is this

| w TODO keyword : WAITING
`----
which looks a little bit out of place and is not documented in the
manual:
(info "(org)Agenda dispatcher")

This is just an example for a custom agenda command, see the variable
`org-agenda-custom-commands'. But I guess you are right,
it should probbably not be there.

And since 'WAITING' is not in the todo keywords by default plus adding
this feature via org-agenda-custom-commands is easy enough, maybe we
should just remove that.
