Hello,
I don't know how it did this, but I get some Todo items in my
agenda-view twice. Maybe I hit C-c [ twice on these, or so? How can I
undo this, next to finishing the task :-)

It should be impossible to get double entries by pressing C-c [, but
maybe not.
Try M-x org-edit-agenda-file-list RET and check for duplicate files.
