Hi Giovanni,
you want nologdone. All you need to do is to add
#+STARTUP: lognoterepeat nologdone
to the file, if this should be so for all entries in the file.
If this is only for individual entries, use
:PROPERTIES:
:LOGGING: nologdone lognoterepeat
:END:
in the entries for which this is relevant.
